I am a professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in IT operational management. This experience has equipped me with the ability to oversee service desk and engineering operation teams ranging from 15 to 100 individuals, demonstrating my capability to manage technical personnel effectively.

Developing and structuring operational KPIs, creating repositories of support documentation, and implementing and continuously improving ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, SysAid, and Microsoft Dynamics are some of the skills I have gained through my years of management experience.

While I enjoy this, for the past 4 years I have been heavily involved more and more in the security field of IT, making my way and obtaining certifications such as CEH, ComptiaSec+, EJPT and OSWP

In addition to this, I am half way from obtaining my bachelor's in engineering software development, a skill that has tremendously improved my cybersecurity skills to be able to adapt exploits whenever needed depending of a specific situation.

Ever since I found out about pentesting I realized that is the path I want to follow, hence my next challengue in this cybersecurity field is the daunting OSCP exam, that is the main reason for me to set up this site, help the rest and myself as much as possible documenting all my training.
